Leadership—Healthy churches develop high-capacity, Christ-centered leaders to achieve the vision, membership engagement, fulfill the church's mission, and develop effective systems and structures to support the development of their ministries. Engagement = emotionally taking ownership for protecting, promoting, and perpetuating the vision in all areas of the church
Worship - Healthy churches have inspiring worship that offers a personal and corporate encounter with the living God.
Stewardship: Healthy churches invite their members to be faithful stewards of their financial resources, time, talents, and gifts to achieve maximum ministry impact.
Individual
Membership - Healthy churches help believers discover, develop, and exercise their gifts in appropriate ministries. The goal is for every member to serve in ministry based on each individual's gifts, talents, and abilities.
Discipleship is a Holy Spirit-led, church-supported process that helps people grow to be more like Christ. Effective discipleship cultivates strong followers of Jesus committed to righteousness and justice.
Relationship – Healthy churches teach how to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and with each other.
Communal
Partnership Healthy: Churches build collaborative relationships with area organizations to meet the needs of the people in their community and achieve the mission, vision, and values of the congregation.
