How long is the initial coaching session?
Most intake sessions are about 15 minutes, but may run a bit longer if needed to help you discern what next steps make sense for you.
Can I choose my coach?
We are more likely to recommend a coach from our network based on what your needs are and the gifts and graces of our team. However, if you want to explore whoe else is available, we encourage the exploration until you find the right fit.
Can I get coaching on my schedule?
Sessions are scheduled in collaboration with the coach and client, but primary consideration is the coaches availability if they are using a booking link. You may choose the times that work for you based on their availability.
What kinds of training do you offer?
We do our certification, church/group trainings, and other workshop experiences both in person and online. We prefer to do online if we are able to achieve our goals in a way that fits your budget.
Can I cancel any time or do I have to give notice?
Because coaching services are pre-paid, keep in mind that refunds are rare, but often times you can reschedule with enough notice based on the coaches personal policy.
With regard to events, group coaching, and other training services, you will need to abide by whatever is agreed upon in the scope of work and contract established when booking with us.
Are all coaching certified by the same standards?
There are a wide variety of coaching certifications. We require certifications based on the experience of the coach and the needs of the client. For example, if you are seeking Gallup Certified coaches only, then you will not be paired with someone not currently certified or in the certification process. If you are seeking a parenting coach, you will only be paired with coaches that are certified or currently in the certification process for parent and family coaching certification.
Note: When it comes to not-yet certified coaches, we only introduce clients those that have proven their skills within our events and professional experiences of working with them or coaching along side them. Our aim is to ensure you gain quality coaching services from already gifted individuals who are also on the path to gaining their certified status.
